LAUNCHING JULY 2022

 

The aim of The Mastermind Programme is to support both new trustees and those who want to improve their understanding of their role and responsibilities.

​

Each of the six weeks will have a different theme starting with a 30 minute 'teach' and then the opportunity for each attendee to table a question for discussion in the group.

​

The themes are:

​

• Week 1 - your role as trustees and an overview of your responsibilities;

• Week 2 - governance and your constitution;

• Week 3 - the role of Ofsted;

• Week 4 - the role of The Charity Commission;

• Week 5 - financial management (including mitigating risks);

• Week 6 - operational management.

The Mastermind Programme will be limited to a maximum of ten participants in each cohort to ensure that everyone who wants to has the time to speak. Sessions will be held via Zoom and last 90 minutes.

​

In addition to the sessions, participants will also have lifetime access to a Mastermind Facebook group where you can ask advice of others attending the programme  plus a workbook with the slides from each session with space for you to make notes and any of my documents which will help you with the management of the setting.
