Virtual 1:1 Sessions
A Finding Your Feet 1:1 Virtual Session provides advice, guidance and support for trustees and managers and is ideal for those times when you need more than you get from an online search or a social media group.
Sessions can be used for:

discussions around issues with the committee, what you can do and how best to resolve them;

constitutional advice;

business and sustainability advice;
-
completing Ofsted EY2 forms together;

issues with Ofsted;
-
employment advice;
-
and many more.
Each session lasts up to an hour and in that time we'll discuss in detail what the issues and your needs are, chat about what you require, put together an action plan (where appropriate) and I'll give you advice and any documentation I think will help in a follow up email after the session.

Terms and Conditions
Finding your Feet Virtual 1:1 sessions are held on most Tuesday's and/or Wednesday's with evening sessions also available.
I am happy to meet with individuals or groups (if it is easier to meet with the committee as a whole).
Once booked and paid for you'll receive an automated email confirming your booking which will contain the Zoom link. Should you need to reschedule your session you can do so in the link provided in this email.
In the case of cancellation by either party the fee will be refunded within ten working days.
If you fail to attend your booked session no refund will be given.
