Although not a legal requirement of the EYFS an Annual Appraisal is a good way to take time with your employees to look back and review their achievements and record progress over the previous 12 months and then to identify areas of further development and goals to move forward.
 
This annual appraisal form can be completed during the appraisal meeting as a record of the matters discussed.
